Most kitchen companies sell the units and then hand the installation to whoever is available that week. We deliver the strip-out, plumbing, electrical work, tiling and installation ourselves — which is why the doors line up and the price holds.

The range is driven almost entirely by units and worktops — a laminate worktop and a quartz one can differ by £3,000 on an identical kitchen. If you have already purchased units from Howdens, Wren or IKEA, we will quote for labour only. Every quotation is broken down line by line.

A kitchen touches almost every trade in the house at once. Holding all of them under a single programme is the difference between a ten-day project and a six-week sequence of no-shows.
No supplier ties
We are not tied to any kitchen manufacturer and receive no commission for steering you toward one. If a mid-range kitchen does what you need, we will say so — and install it with the same care as a premium one.

Quotation
A fixed written price by email — units, worktops, labour, appliances and tiling listed separately, so the specification can be adjusted without renegotiating the whole project.
Strip-out & first fix
The old kitchen is removed, walls made good, and plumbing and electrics relocated for the new layout. Typically days 1–3.
Installation & handover
Units, worktops, sink, tiling, appliances and flooring. We walk the finished kitchen together before invoicing.

How long will we be without a kitchen?
Realistically 5–10 working days for the installation. Water and a working socket are restored at the end of every day, and we'll tell you at the outset which days you'll want to eat out.
Will the price increase during the project?
Only if the specification changes, or if opening up the space reveals something genuinely unforeseeable — old lead pipework, for instance. If that happens, work stops, you are shown the problem, and it is priced before we continue. Never afterwards.
Do we have to buy the kitchen from you?
No. Many clients purchase their own units and pay us for labour only. Send the plan before ordering and we'll flag any layout problems while they can still be changed.

The single largest variable is the worktop — laminate, solid wood, quartz and granite differ enormously in cost for identical labour.
Yes, and many clients do exactly that. Buy from wherever you prefer and we'll quote for labour only. Send us the plan before ordering, though — we would rather identify a problem while it is still changeable.
Yes. Gas hob connections are carried out under our Gas Safe registration and all electrical work is certified. There is no need to book separate trades and coordinate their availability.
Stone and quartz worktops are templated once the units are installed and cut off-site, which typically adds 5–7 days between installation and the worktop arriving. Laminate and timber can be cut and fitted on the day. The programme in your quotation will make this clear.
Yes. Strip-out and waste removal are included in every quotation unless you intend to sell or reuse the existing units. No skip will be left on your drive.
