The same working day, in almost every case. If you call and we are on site, you will receive a return call that evening. A photograph sent via WhatsApp will frequently receive a budget figure within the hour.
Yes. The site visit is free, the written quotation is free, and there is no obligation. Nobody will chase you — if you appoint another contractor, that is entirely reasonable.
For smaller, standard work — a radiator replacement, a boiler swap, additional sockets — frequently yes, particularly with a photograph. For anything structural we would be guessing, and a guess serves neither of us.
We work across London and the surrounding counties. If you are unsure, simply call and ask — the answer is usually yes, and if it is not we will say so immediately rather than waste your time.
Yes. Burst pipes, loss of heating in winter, a leak through a ceiling — call rather than email. We will attend as quickly as physically possible and be honest about when that will be.
